Grading 2008

Halifax Kendo Club

Steve and Adam flew to Kingston Ontario on November 21, 2008 to have some special practices with Steven Quinlan prior to their grading. The flight  from Halifax to Toronto was fairly uneventful. The flight from Toronto to Kingston was surprisingly uneventful considering they traveled on the world’s smallest commercial plane.

Steve, Steve and Adam drove to Toronto on the 23rd for the grading.

Just before the Ikkyus went in. HKC represent!

Both Steve and Adam were successful and passed their grading. Steve achieved Shodan while  Adam got his Ikkyu. Kudos! It’s not easy to perform Keiko in front of this crew.
